For families of elderly parents: peace of mind without calling every day

Install LifeCheck on your parent's phone and set a 24-hour time. One daily "I'm safe" tap is enough; if it does not come, you are alerted.

Calling a faraway relative every day is tiring; not calling is worrying

If your parents live in another city or alone, calling every evening and worrying when nobody answers wears out the whole family. And they may not report a problem so as "not to bother" anyone.

With LifeCheck Mobility they tap one big button on the home screen and you are notified. If they don't, you are alerted when the time ends, with the last location and battery level.

Setup and use

  1. On their phone: your parent installs the app; you choose the "Elderly Care" mode and a 24-hour time (15 minutes to 72 hours).
  2. Make yourself their contact: send the invite link; when you install the app and accept it, you are connected.
  3. One tap a day: the big widget button restarts the time. If nothing comes, you get an alert and reminders.

Features that suit families

One tap

The big widget button restarts the time; there is no complicated menu.

One subscription for a group of up to 5, each with 5 emergency contacts.

Fall detection (optional)

If turned on in Settings, a hard fall prompts "Are you OK?" and with no answer in 60 seconds the family is told. It cannot promise to catch every fall.

Timer on the server

If the phone switches off or runs flat, the alert still goes out when time is up.

SOS

When help is needed, hold for 3 seconds; the family sees the position live.

Frequently asked questions

Can my parents use it?›

Daily use is a single tap. We suggest you set it up the first time and put the widget on the home screen.

Does it track them all the time?›

No. Nothing is shared live in a normal session. The position is shared only when an alert goes out, so relatives can see it on a map.

How do alerts reach us?›

As in-app notifications to emergency contacts who installed the app and are linked by invite; reminders continue until someone replies.

Does it call 112?›

No, LifeCheck is not an emergency service. In a life-threatening situation call emergency services first.

LifeCheck Mobility is not an emergency service and does not call 112 or any emergency number for you. In a life-threatening situation call emergency services first. Alerts go to the emergency contacts who installed the app and linked with you; delivery and timely viewing depend on your phone being on, connected and permitted.
