A safety check-in for motorcyclists: if nobody hears from you, your people know

Set a time before you ride. When you arrive or stop, tap "I'm safe". If you don't, the contacts you chose are alerted with your last location and battery level.

Why a safety net when you ride alone?

On a long ride, a road with no signal or a late-night trip home, the biggest risk is that nobody knows something went wrong. A rider who falls often cannot reach the phone, and someone who forgot to text "I'm on my way" starts a phone call that comes too late.

LifeCheck Mobility turns this around: if you do nothing, the system acts. When the time is up the server, not your phone, sends the alert. If you started the session while online, the timer keeps running on our server even if the phone later switches off or loses signal.

How it works

  1. Set a time: pick the "Motorcycle Ride" mode and a duration from 15 minutes to 72 hours.
  2. Ride: the app reminds you 30, 10 and 5 minutes before the end. If you stop for a break, add 30 minutes.
  3. Say I'm safe: tap once when you arrive, or any time on the road, to reset the timer. If you don't, your contacts get an alert with your last location and reminders continue until someone answers.

Features that suit riders

Home and lock screen widget

See the time left without digging out the phone and tap "I'm safe" or "+30 min" (iPhone and Android).

SOS: hold for 3 seconds

If you feel in danger, hold the SOS button for 3 seconds; your contacts are alerted at once and the position is refreshed.

Last location and battery

The alert carries your last known position and your phone's battery level so your people know where and how to reach you.

Timer on the server

The time runs on our server, not the phone: if the phone falls, switches off or runs flat, the alert still goes out when time is up.

A note for each contact

Write a private note for each contact (for example the route you planned). It is shown to that person only during an alert.

Start free

The free plan includes 1 session a day and 1 contact. Paid plans add unlimited sessions and more contacts; every plan has a 7-day free trial.

Frequently asked questions

Does it detect a crash or a fall automatically?›

No. LifeCheck Mobility currently works with the timer and SOS; it does not detect accidents. That is why setting a time before you ride matters.

Does my contact have to install the app?›

Yes. Alerts are not sent by SMS or WhatsApp; they go as in-app notifications to people who installed the app and accepted your invite. Accepting an invite takes about a minute.

What if my phone switches off?›

If you started the session while online, the timer keeps running on the server and your contacts are alerted when it ends. The position in the alert is the last one your phone shared.

Does it call 112?›

No, LifeCheck is not an emergency service. It notifies the people you chose; in a life-threatening situation call emergency services first.

LifeCheck Mobility is not an emergency service and does not call 112 or any emergency number for you. In a life-threatening situation call emergency services first. Alerts go to the emergency contacts who installed the app and linked with you; delivery and timely viewing depend on your phone being on, connected and permitted.
